The home we rented while in Carmel is just begging to be the setting for Disney's next movie.  Perched on a private lot above the Pacific, the 100+ year old "cottage" had charm far beyond what pictures can convey.

We took a once-in-a-lifetime trip to California this June to celebrate Gram's milestone 60th Birthday! A picnic at Carmel Beach was one of the most memorable days.

Welcome Baby Lena!

We flew to DC last weekend to welcome our newest family member, Lena Ann Abrams! 

New big sister, Kate, is already thriving in her role and James Robert was thrilled to be able to spend time with her.

We squeezed in a quick trip to the national zoo.  Kate loves baby panda, Bao-Bao, so being able to take her to see him was really memorable.

Cycle for Survival

Our family has been deeply inspired by the bravery and tenacity with which we've seen our friend, Brian Rozelle fight cancer.  I know you will be too when you watch this video (sec 39 is Brian's cameo! ) about Cycle for Survival.
